Look at the situation logically, and while this is really hard to do, it is really one of the best ways you can overcome your anger once you can understand exactly what you are doing and who is wrong. Also, smile alot more in life and laugh at the things that made you angry before. Once you can find yourself laughing at the world, you will realise that the world will laugh back with you and your anger will just disappear.
All of us react to anger differently. The way you respond to a particular situation can be the difference between the maturity level in you and the level of maturity of the other person. When you are able to control your anger, it shows your strength and courage and not weakness as people often perceive.
